Number of funder policies available and linked in Wikidata?

add open data policies, add reagent policies (should newly created material be shared with the community?) also record what implementation procedures are in place (data management plan required, exception allowed, own repository created,what happens if policy not followed...) and give more details (is green OA enough or is gold OA necessary,...)

Seeing as this is an open science monitor, why not include the different aspects of open science too? These could be those such as open data, or more inclusive open science ones too.
