Maybe this sub-priority could find its place under the P3 priority as it is directly linked to patient/citizen empowerment. Furthermore, it's very similar to the P3-RIA3 sub-priotiry (Health literacy strategies)

Here it is related to the new methodologies and technologies that should be created to help in the health literacy. the P3-RIA3 is more focus on the ground, helping Healthcare and social care providers to equip and train patients.
