Participants suggested a better coordination of information about procurement opportunities. The existing databases appear still too complex to browse for most SMEs and include only part of the procurement. This would go together with better long term planning of solutions procured, and a more open and iterative approach that involves potential bidders through different phases of definition of the solution.
